• Residential Transactions

  Unlike many larger firms, we also represent buyers and sellers of residential real estate. In doing so, we provide the same level of care and attention to detail representing a buyer or seller of residential property as we do for our largest commercial transactions. For many people, the buying and selling of residential property is the largest investment of their lives, and we believe that our clients deserve the same degree of skill and legal representation when purchasing or selling residential property as is available to large financial institutions and sophisticated real estate developers in commercial transactions.
